About the role
LAAGAM is an independent fashion brand based in Barcelona. We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to own DTC growth and profitability from the first touchpoint to repeat purchase.
This is not an e-commerce maintenance role or a coordination-only manager position. You will own the numbers, set priorities and stay hands-on with campaigns, analysis, tests and execution when that is what moves the business.
You will report to the CEO, manage a Junior E-commerce Specialist and work closely with Creative Growth & CRM, Brand, Graphic Design, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and external developers.
Your mission
Build a scalable and repeatable growth engine that increases online sales without sacrificing profitability or brand positioning. You will own the full funnel: awareness and acquisition, qualified traffic, conversion, repeat purchase and customer value.
Digital business and profitability
- Own the DTC plan, forecast and weekly business review.
- Be accountable for net sales and profitability, not traffic or ROAS alone.
- Track contribution margin, CAC, MER and ROAS, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV.
- Turn performance into clear priorities, owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate pricing, promotions and market execution with Merchandising and Finance, and make sure they are implemented correctly.
Acquisition and creative growth
- Own paid strategy, budgets, channel mix, account structure and efficiency.
- Bring paid-media knowledge in-house and reduce dependency on agencies.
- Build a high-velocity testing system with Creative and Brand across UGC, paid and organic content, hooks, landing pages and offers.
- Develop qualified traffic sources across paid social, search, SEO, lead generation, referrals and emerging channels.
- Turn channel and creative data into better briefs and faster iteration.
E-commerce and conversion
- Own the CRO roadmap across the homepage, landing pages, PLPs, PDPs, cart and checkout.
- Identify friction using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
- Design and prioritise tests across messaging, layouts, merchandising, offers, bundles and customer journeys.
- Work with the Junior E-commerce Specialist, Graphic Design and developers to ship improvements quickly.
- Improve mobile experience, speed, navigation, product discovery, conversion rate and AOV.
Retention and CRM
- Own the analytical and commercial side of CRM: segmentation, lifecycle, flows, repeat purchase, churn and customer value.
- Work with Creative Growth & CRM and Graphic Design on the calendar, copy, creative and implementation.
- Build and prioritise the retention roadmap.
- Measure cohorts and incrementality, not only attributed platform revenue.
Team, partners and technology
- Manage and develop the Junior E-commerce Specialist, setting priorities and quality standards.
- Manage developers and external partners against business outcomes.
- Own tracking, dashboards, integrations, marketplaces and the digital technology roadmap.
- Use AI tools daily for analysis, reporting, research, creative iteration, experiments and documentation, applying judgement and quality control before acting.
What success looks like
- Online sales and contribution profitability grow together.
- Acquisition becomes scalable and less dependent on a single channel or agency.
- The team runs more meaningful experiments and captures the learning every month.
- Conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate and LTV improve through a clear roadmap.
- The weekly scorecard, priorities and ownership are clear.
- The Junior E-commerce Specialist becomes a reliable owner of day-to-day execution.
What we are looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in growth, e-commerce or digital roles, ideally in DTC, fashion, beauty, retail or consumer brands.
- Evidence of owning online revenue and profitability, not only channel metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, paid social and search, GA4 or equivalent analytics, Klaviyo or another CRM, and CRO or experimentation.
- A clear understanding of how discounts, returns, media spend, gross margin and contribution margin interact.
- Able to move between strategy and execution: from a P&L review to checking a landing page before launch.
- Experience managing a junior team member and coordinating agencies or developers.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, as the team works day to day in Spanish.
- Professional working English for international markets, tools and partners.
- Based in Barcelona or able to work regularly from our Barcelona office.
What we offer
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Hybrid work from Barcelona.
- €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary in 12 payments, depending on experience.
- 15% annual target bonus, subject to the company gate, individual KPIs, eligibility and LAAGAM’s bonus policy.
- Direct reporting to the CEO and ownership of a central business channel.
- A mandate to build LAAGAM’s growth operating system, bring key capabilities in-house and shape the digital team.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
